As of now, they have worked in the heart of the Hyderabad city. They would happily attend the working place at 11 or 12:00 pm and would left from the office at 4:00 or 5:00 pm. This is about the employees who are working at AP Secretariat we are talking about.

The employees would work like kings in Secretariat. Whenever a common man went to the office for any work, some of them would show their arrogance as well. However, all of a sudden, everyone started showing sympathy on AP Secretariat employees. But then, what factors have made people changing their mindsets on these employees?

The AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is the main reason for this drastic change. Ever since no man's land, Amaravati was declared the AP's capital, AP employees turned out to be the first victims to go to capital city. The NGOs were announced sops such as five working days a week, 30% HRA, assuring construction of new houses etc. Yet again, none of these sops satisfied the employees. They already habituated living in the city of Hyderabad. Their family members would also settle down in Hyderabad. These employees are currently lamenting about their fate more than like anything.

Incidentally, these employees agitated in favour of CBN during Samaikyandhra movement. Ashok Babu acted as the leader of AP NGOs. Never ever have they understood TDP also one of the major forces for the division of state, and fought against then ruling party. Subsequently, they voted for the TDP in the general elections, 2014. But then, CBN's capital mania, made them departing Hyderabad too early, even though they have eight more years of time to be spent there. Currently, AP employees are putting lot of conditions to AP government for their shifting. But none of their attempts may go success. "Had we voted to any other party, the situation may have been different nor Had Vizag or Kurnool was chosen the capital city our prospects would have been different," says an employee.
