Vikram Kumar Should Change With Time!

Director Vikram K Kumar is the name receiving astounding response from South audience after the release of his latest sci-fi thriller film ’24.’ The film stood as a classic in South India’s sci-fi genre. Actually, directors and producers are scared of touching such experimental horizons because of high investments and high risk factors. But when you have got the right script and a director with conviction, results are ought to flow.

However, Vikram stood as a master when dealing the concepts revolving around time. His last before hit ‘Manam’ is also a journey with time wherein three generations and two re-births are interweaved into a coherent plot. Akkineni family got a right tribute on hand to honor Late ANR and the film enjoyed commercially excellent result.

Taking a big gap, Vikram again played with time in ‘24’ because this time we again have three characters (Suriya as Athreya, Shiva Kumar and Mani) moving to and fro in time journey. What’s difference with ‘Manam’ and ‘24’ is, the earlier stood strong on casting, emotions while the latter is sheer technical brilliance. This is enough of time play by Vikram. He should change the plot areas. That is why, he is re-opening the ’13 B’ franchise.
