The AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, seems to be using his master brain to vaporize the ongoing protests seeking reservations to Kapu community. On one hand, the CM is busy convening meets to Kapu leaders and is announcing sops like 1000 crores allocation in budget for Kapu Corporation next financial year. He has also assured the Kapu leaders he is stick to provide the reservations to the community.
On the other hand, R Krishnaiah, a leader of BCs, who was also roped in as a CM candidate for the TDP in Telangana state in 2014, has announced a counter-agitation to Kapus protests. As Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham along with his wife has decided to go on hunger strike from 5th of February. The BC leaders, on the other side, have decided to launch their agitations, a day before Mudragada to go on hunger strike.
Political analysts are now surmising if the BC agitations are being resorted on the directions given by the AP CM to get the Kapu protests vanished or minimized. " If at all the CM has determined to provide reservations to Kapus, he would not have made BCs to indulge in counter agitations," say the political analysts.
