Having understood opposition political parities taking all measures to woo Kapu voters, the TDP government has hurriedly taken a resolution in cabinet meeting to appoint a commission for Kapu reservations. However, opposition political parties are alleging the government has no sincerity initiating this new commission. Moreover, they suspect this commission too would fail as in the case of 'Puttuswamy Commission'. According to the views expressed by opposition parties, the new commission maybe failed in following manner.
* Initially, a time bound commission on Kapu reservations will be formed with nine months deadline the report to be submitted to the government.
* Later, six or more months time will be taken by the commission to submit the report as per the government's orders.
* Finally, the report will be submitted by the committee to the government after one and half years.
* The government then sends the report to the union ministry.
* In the meanwhile, the supporters of the BJP and the TDP may file the cases in high courts and Supreme court showing anomalies of the report.
* Eventually, the government tries to impress Kapu voters in general elections, 2019 claiming they had got the credit having appointed a commission for Kapus.
* However, opposition parties seem to be too smart enough predicting the above things to happen and may disclose the strategies of the TDP to the voters.
