Director Krish is highly privileged with his recent war based period drama 'Kanche' and is receiving accolades from all corners. If at the inside buzz is to be believed, he may wield megaphone for Akhil's second film. 

King Nagajuna is said to have been busy contemplating to opt for Krish as director for his younger son's second venture. The decision maybe taken only after the verdict of 'Akhil' will be out. Till then, many more such gossips on Akhil's second film maybe floating around. 

Meanwhile, Akhil's 'Akhil' has been made as a romantic and adventurous thriller. The movie also narrates the power of the sun god. Sayesha Saigal has paired up with Akhil in the movie. Thaman and Anup Rubens have scored the music of the movie. The movie has been directed by VV Vinayak on Shresht Movies which is owned by hero Nithiin.
