Will CBN freebies make him CM?

Will CBN freebies get results? TDP supremo Chandra Babu Naidu is known for his political strategies and was once hailed as the modern Chanakya. But of late he lost his sheen and his strategies boomeranged on him and that is the reason he lost power on a few occasions.

It is known that Chandra Babu's TDP never came to power on its own even on a single occasion and always had alliances. It has alliances with Communists, BJP, TRS, Jana Sena, and other parties one or the other instance. It lost badly in the 2019 elections and Jagan's YSRCP virtually swept the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Many times he was accused of making U-turns and even on the Telangana issue he was accused of following a two-eye policy. Now in the runup to the 2024 elections at the Mahanadu, TDP's annual conclave which concluded yesterday, Chandra Babu made many promises and sought people to vote for the party.

He promised wealth creation to enable him for these free schemes. In the process he also went on record that if his previous decisions are proven wrong then he will not hesitate to make a course correction. He encouraged people to give birth to as many children as possible and promised free transfer of money. All these acts are shocking and surprising all.

Already people accuse Chandra Babu as U Turn Babu and the question is will his big U turn enable Chandra Babu to come to power in the next elections. The next elections are expected to be make or break for the Chandra Babu Naidu and his TDP.
