Who can plot KCR and Jagan's downfall?

Now that the general elections are around the corner in 2024 with just two years to go, the political heat is increasing in the two Telugu states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and not to talk about the entire country. Opposition parties across the country are trying to come together to script the downfall of PM Modi and the ruling BJP-led NDA coalition. Similarly, opposition parties in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are gearing up to plot CM KCR and CM Jagan's downfall. 

It is known that every ruling party will face anti-incumbency. Since KCR and his ruling TRS is completing two consecutive terms, anti-incumbency is high. KCR came to power for the first time in Telangana riding on the Telangana sentiment. People voted him for the second term as they felt that KCR needed time to fulfill his promises as Telangana was a newborn state. But now people started analyzing his successes and failures and anti-incumbency is growing with a lack of jobs, law and order problems,s and lack of development at the ground level. On top of it, people are not liking KCR, and KTR trying to shift the entire blame on PM Modi and the Union Government. BJP is gaining ground in Telangana and the same is the case with Congress. Though YSRTCP's Sharmila is also in the fray, her presence is negligible. Pawan Kalyan announced that his party Jana Sena will contest even in Telangana but one is not sure till the last minute. Now all eyes are on BJP and Congress and who will take advantage of anti-incumbency against KCR. KCR in the meantime is trying to split the opposition votes by pitting BJP and Congress against each other. 

In Andhra Pradesh, Jagan rode on the anti-incumbency against Chandra Babu Naidu last time and came to power. He made many tall promises but within three years. people got disillusioned with him. Instead of focusing on the development as promised by him, he started blaming the previous TDP regime. Except for offering freebies and turning people lazy and indulging in land encroachments and foul mouthing his opponents, the ruling YSRCP did not have anything to showcase. Already the talk of early polls is going on and Jagan's ministers hit the streets meeting people on the ground. However, they are facing severe opposition and this is making them lose their cool. TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu is on padayatra but the cadre is not yet united as they are yet to recover from the shock defeat. BJP is playing hide and seek with Jagan and Pawan Kalyan, the Jana Sena chief who started his bus yatra is still busy balancing his films and politics and is unable to win the confidence of the people. It has to be seen who will take advantage of the anti-incumbency against Jagan.
