Minister for Panchayat Raj Jupally Krishna Rao on Tuesday accused the TD of being silent spectator to the anti-Telangana resolutions adopted by the TD government.
Speaking to reporters, the minister said that the TD government in AP opposed the construction of Palamuru project but the TD leaders in Telangana did not mince any words. This attitude of the TD leaders in Telangana shows their commitment towards the state development. He said that though the Opposition was misleading people through baseless allegations, the minister said that the people were not in a situation to trust the Opposition.
Accusing the Opposition leaders of creating obstacles in the development of the state, the minister said that the state government was least bothered about Opposition’s actions and was working for the state’s development. He said that the state government was committed to the welfare of the farmers in the state and added that the loans of the farmers would be waived off soon. He said that the state government has already released 10K crore under the loan waiver scheme and added that the rest would be waived off soon. He said that the TRS government was implementing the party’s poll promises and assured farmers of all help and not lose hope.
