Stall Parliament on SCS, Pawan Kalyan to AP MPs

Stating that he has immense respect for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, actor and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan said that the self respect of the Telugu people was also important and the Centre cannot ignore this.

 Pawan Kalyan said that the Special Category Status to AP was of paramount importance and that there would be no compromise on the issue. The MPs from Andhra Pradesh should stall the proceedings of the Parliament to mount pressure on the Centre to grant special status to the state, the actor said. He took a dig at the Telugu Desam for speaking in one tone while in Opposition and while in power.

 The Jana Sena chief lashed out at the cow vigilant groups. He said that in order to protect cows, every BJP supporter should adopt a cow and look after it. He said that burning issues were being ignored in the name of cow vigilantism. The government of the day should focus on the governance issue rather than indulging in non-issues, he said.
