Union Labour Minister Bandaru Dattareya alleged that the TRS Government was practicing the vendetta politics against BJP leaders since it rode to power in the new state.
Addressing the concluding session of the party's executive meeting in Hyderabad on Monday, Dattareya said that the people of Telangana were unhappy with KCR's style of governance. He said that the Centre was extending all possible help to the State in various projects. But the State Government was least interested to implement them. He challenged the TRS Government to implement the Centrally sponsored insurance scheme for farmers of the state if it was committed to their welfare.
Dattatreya wondered why the state government has not completed the Metro Rail project till now. He also questioned the state government’s intention in not completing the housing project for the poor and wanted to know the progress of the scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, BJP national General Secretary Muralidhar Rao lashed out at the TRS Government accusing of disrespecting the popular mandate and not working for the welfare of the people of the State. He said that the people of country were looking at the BJP as an alternate party. Congress lacks leadership and the vision while BJP is working for the welfare of the masses and the people are reposing faith in the Modi’s leadership, which was evident from the results of recent Assembly elections.
