BRS leader KCR is actively engaging in preparations for the upcoming general elections, which are scheduled to take place within four months of the transfer of power. Despite some pessimistic views within his party about their performance in the elections, KCR is determined to secure at least ten of the 17 MP seats in Telangana.

However, despite his efforts, it seems unlikely that he will achieve more than three or four seats. Despite this challenge, KCR is not backing down, and he is making his election campaign more robust by strategically giving interviews to select media organizations.

In a recent interview with a leading media company, KCR made sensational comments, claiming that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had attempted to arrest him but failed. He also asserted that there are only a few individuals in the country, including himself, Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal, Hemant Soren, and one other person, who are not subservient to Prime Minister Modi. KCR alleged that PM Modi had made several attempts to imprison them.

Chief Minister Revanth initially declared that the upcoming general elections would be a referendum on his rule; however, he seems to have changed his stance now, predicting that his party will win most of the MP seats. In contrast, KCR expressed confidence that his party's campaign is receiving significant support from people across the state.

KCR predicted that his party would win more than 12 MP seats, attributing the Congress party's current challenges to Chief Minister Revanth's behavior and language. He criticized the Congress for its shifting allegiances, claiming that those who left his party and joined others are now in third place everywhere.

KCR also expressed his belief that a coalition government would be formed at the centre, dismissing the possibility of a Modi-led government.
