SPY Grossed 21.6 Crs For Three Days

Nikhil came with another pan India action flick SPY after his smash hit Karthikeya 2 at a pan India level. Spy is an espionage action thriller with an interesting core point about death mystery of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. This point has been projected by the makers mainly during promotions. This brought attention towards the film which resulted in good opening day. The film still rakes good numbers taking its total to 21.6 Crs gross worldwide.

Spy registers biggest opening for Nikhil with 11.7 Crs gross on its first day which is also a national holiday. The film collected 4.1 Crs on its second day maintaining good hold. It shows an upward trend for its third day and collected 5.8 Crs taking its three day total to 21.6 Crs gross.

Directed by Garry BH and produced by K Rajashekar Reddy and Charantej Uppalapati, SPY was released on June 29 to Decent response from all corners. Despite its mixed reviews, Nikhil's image, interesting concept is drawing the audience to theatres. As today is Sunday, the film will record good numbers today too.

The film also collected $ 300 at the USA box-office.The real test for the film begins on Monday. It has to be seen whether the film withstand weekday test or not. The film has all chances to score even bigger with a properly etched screenplay and plot.
