Peddha Kapu-1 Teaser Review

Sensible director Srikanth Addala is known for feel good family dramas. Infact he has made his mark in showcasing goodness in his films and brings a joyful feeling. He surprised one and all by dealing hard hitting film like Naarappa. Now he has completely shifted gears for his latest flick Peddha Kapu-1 which seems more intense with societal issues. Teaser of the film is released today.

Peddha Kapu - 1 is a new-age political drama introducing Virat Karrna as the lead. The first look poster itself sets the tone for the film. The teaser gives more peek into the film. is completely intense with political elements as the core point. This film deals with oppression and confrontation. 

The teaser begins with the popular political speech of legendary actor NTR about Andhrula Athma Gouravam (self-respect). It’s about a common man taking over the reign in a village where there’s a dominance of two powerful people. The villagers are left with no other option other than to die between these two. The protagonist rises from a common man to his battle against two powerful forces. Virat Karrna carries the intensity well.

This is unexpected stuff from Srikanth Addala. Unlike his previous movies, this one is more hard hitting in narration and plot wise. Miryala Ravinder Reddy of Dwaraka Creations produced this film. The film has talented actors like Rao Ramesh, Aadukalam Naren, Tanikella Bharani and Naga Babu. The appearance of Srikanth Addala towards the end of the teaser was another surprise. The film will release in theatres on August 18th.
