Custody Team Meets Legendary Maestro Ilaiyaraaja

Naga Chaitanya is badly in need of a hit after debacle Thank You. His next is a  Telugu-Tamil bilingual film titled Custody. It is directed by Venkat Prabhu who has recently delivered a superhit Maanadu in Tamil with Simbu as Hero. Custody has recently wrapped up its shoot. And the team is currently busy with post production works. Custody is one of the most expensive films in the career of Naga Chaitanya. Srinivasaa Chitturi is producing the film under Srinivasaa Silver Screen banner. 

Meanwhile, the legendary composer, Isaignani and Maestro Ilaiyaraaja is in Hyderabad for the "Raaja Live in Concert." Team Custody met the legend Ilaiyaraaja ahead of the concert and congratulated him. Naga Chaitanya shared a fan boy moment with him. Posting the pictures, he wrote "Such a big smile on my face meeting the Maestro Ilaiyaraaja sir , his compositions took me through so many journeys in life .. so many times have I played out a scene in my head , pictured a script with his reference .. to now rajasir composing for #custody . Truly grateful."

Custody stars Krithi Shetty as the female lead. Arvind Swami is playing the antagonist role while Priyamani will be seen in a powerful role. The film also stars  Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, Premji, Vennela Kishore, Premi Vishwanath, among others.

Custody will have its theatrical release worldwide on May 12, 2023.
