Chiranjeevi's look as Bhola Shankar went viral showing its power on social media within minutes of its release. Chiranjeevi looked stylish and royal in the backdrop of the jeep. Wearing rugged jeans and sporting cooling glasses, Chiranjeevi is seen rolling a chain in his hand. The chain had a trident of Lord Shiva and this increased curiosity among movie lovers. Chiranjeevi's intro in the backdrop of Bhola chorus stole the hearts of all. People are seen with various instruments and the background score increased intensity of Chiranjeevi's mass appeal.

The film is a remake of Tamil hit Vedhalam and is directed by Meher Ramesh. Chiranjeevi is romancing Milky Beauty Tamannaah and the film stars Keerthy Suresh in the role of Chiranjeevi's sister. Music for the film is scored by Mahati Swara Sagar while Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Vennela Kishore, Raghu Babu, Tulasi, Pragati, Bittiri Satti, Satya,Uttej, Prabhas Seenu are playing important roles.
