Akshay Kumar Reacts On Award Controversy

Akshay Kumar’s selection as Best Actor National Award for his performance in Rustom has been a controversy ever since the announcement was made by his friend Priyadarshan led jury. Anyways, here is the time Akki finally broke his silence at a recent event held in Mumbai.

‘I am observing this from last 25 years, whenever someone wins the award, there is always a debate and someone starts a controversy on whether someone should have or should not have won the award. I have got this award after 26 years. If someone doesn't want me to get this award, if you feel like, please go ahead and take it away from me,’ Akshay Kumar said.

However, Priyadarshan’s reward to his buddy Akshay Kumar should now be seen in new perspective because the actor himself broke his heart out in front of media urging the people to take the award away from him.
