Well Done Niveda Thomas!

Malayalam actors are naturally talented. Beyond heroes and villains, the demand for skilled heroines is forever high in Telugu film industry and we are dependent on importing the Mallu beauties. This time, we had few doubts before watching Niveda Thomas as heroine debuting in yesterday released thriller film ‘Nani Gentleman.’

When there is an ultimately talented hero like Nani playing the lead in dual roles, it gets tougher for heroines to steal the show. In the same concept wherein Surabhi was just seen as a beautiful girl with nothing extra ordinary to perform, Niveda Thomas got thumping appreciations from critics lifting ‘Gentleman’ to a respectable level with her awesome performance.

The chemistry between Niveda and Nani has come out so authentic in first half. Into the film’s second half, although there are few extra and waste scenes on Niveda yet her getting into the skin of behaving like a detective kept the thrill element in story without drying up. Definitely, there are few portions in the film Nivdea has dominated Nani with her screen presence. Well done Niveda, you have a long way to go in Tollywood.
