Of late audio functions are becoming controversial with chief guests and celebrities attending these functions are going over-board in their speeches. We have seen Balakrishna inviting new problems at ‘Savithri’ audio launch. A similar incident was reported yesterday at ‘Edo Rakam Ado Rakam’ audio function in the presence of Mohan Babu.
While speaking casually to the gathering, director G Nageswar Reddy has thrown double entendres at heroine Sonarika Bhadoria for not offering him a hug and writer Diamond Rathnam unable to pen dialogues without having a peg. A clearly irritated Mohan Babu has cut down the director’s speech and reprimanded him never to use such language infront of audience.
‘I appreciate good girl and heroine (Sonarika Bhadoria) for being so friendly. Why should she offer a hug? Even if she hugs a director, it’s like a relation between father-daughter. If she hugs a writer, it’s like a relation between brother-sister. As a director, you should use your common sense. Why you people need a hug from heroine? A director is like a father and a writer is like a brother. No one should have bad intentions on heroine. You (Nageswar Reddy) have slipped the tongue twice on heroine's hug. Do not repeat it,’ Mohan Babu warned on a milder tone.
