Hero Varun Shines In 'Lajja'

‘Lajja,’ the film from bold director Narasimha Nandi is released this week. With unfamiliar artists and new faces, Award winning Nandi has hit hard on a love and drama based subject mainly centered on hero Varun and heroine Madhumitha. Set in Muslim backdrop, Varun played a young guy Sameer’s character falling in love/lust with married woman Susheela portrayed by Madhumitha. Rest of the story is what kind of problems they two have faced in life before Sameer gets killed in the hands of Susheela’s husband.

As per audience verdict, film although is completely non-commercial but can surely serve a break for hero Aleti Varun who showed promising talent with natural flair in acting. Heroine Nanditha also looked good shouldering the central plot, finally it was Varun's character grabbed the attention.

Varun already signed one more movie for Narasimha Nandi and also playing a pivotal character in RP Patnaik’s upcoming flick. Looks like, Varun is going to stick for non-commercial and experimental films. Let us see where ‘Lajja’ finally ends.
