Super Star Rajinikanth is man of generosity. Every time when South Indian population suffered with a natural disaster or catastrophe, he was one among the first people to react. This time, Chennai city and some more parts of Tamil Nadu are inundated with overflowing floods. Actually, last one month has been a tough time for Tamil Nadu and especially the lives in Chennai are battered with no power, no transportation and the picture looks very much dull because Regional Meteorological Centre staff forecasted heavy rains for next one week.
Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa has sought Rs. 2000 Crores financial relief from Central government but Centre announced Rs 940 Crores assistance immediately. Nadigar Sangam has begun the initiatives to collect more funds from cinema celebrities and Rajinikanth appears to be the one to react initially.
