20 Crores may not be a small budget for medium and small range heroes. When handling a world class subject striking a network to go-between love and war with World War 2 backdrop, definitely 20 Crores is a very less budget in any terms. Director Krish made ‘Kanche’ possible within this budget is certainly surprising many other producers.
Despite major ‘Kanche’ shooting is done in Georgia using authentic war weapons and arms obtained from Georgia Government permission, how come Krish wrapped up a grand looking film in mere 20 Crores is still teasing the brains of many other producers. An uncompromised attitude of producer Rajeev Reddy and First Frame Entertainments was also clearly visible in entire ‘Kanche’ narration.
Budget aside, Krish also succeeded in roping many foreign artists for filming the war episodes. Nearly 30 minutes of these scenes mesmerized the audience, special thanks to Gnana Sekhar’s awesome cinematography and Chirantan Bhatt scored astonishing background. Believing in a story line of this peculiarity and sincerely experimenting on what is believed is unconditionally an achievement for Krish.
