Now that writer Vijayendra Prasad agreed on ‘Pasivadi Pranam’ as the real inspiration behind penning the story of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan,’ when did all this happen? The stupendous success of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ brandished Indian audience as pure emotion and sentimental, drama lovers. The less of Salmanish action dose and high of characterization in little child Harshaali Malhotra says it all. Anyways, there are random similarities between ‘Pasivadi Pranam’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ but Vijayendra Prasad has something more to share.

‘Once I decided to take the soul of ‘Pasivadi Pranam’ for a new story, I explained the idea of MM Keeravani. Finding the troubles of little child and solving the problem is a small element but how to establish it was the point. Then Keeravani suggested me to shift entire story to Pakistan backdrop and the idea sounded very good. There are many inspirational stories running in my mind helped to complete this film,’ Vijayendra Prasad said.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ talks about common social fabric and humanity aspects between the two countries. There are many films spread on a widespread canvas of India and Pakistan relations yet ‘Bhaijaan’ will always hold a special place. Thanks to Keeravani.
