Fahadh Faasil Blockbuster Aavesham Breaches 150 Crore Club

Latest Malayalam blockbuster, versatile actor Fahadh Faasil starrer 'Aavesham' has turned out to be a money spinner at the boxoffice and reached a milestone. Ever since its release, this Jithu Madhavan directorial has been receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences alike.

The film hit theatres on April 11 and was applauded by celebrities, critics and fans. The film is reportedly made on a budget of Rs 30 crore and has crossed Rs 150 crore worldwide. The film successfully draw huge crowd outside Kerala too especially in cities like Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. 

Aavesham' is all set for its OTT premiere. The film will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from May 9 onwards. This comes four weeks after the film's release in theatres. 'Aavesham' marks director Jithu Madhavan's second directorial venture after his superhit flick, 'Romancham'. The film is produced by Fahadh Faasil himself.

The film is set in Bengaluru and its surroundings, and it explores the life of three youngsters from Kerala. They head to Bengaluru to join an engineering college. The youngsters have a conflict with seniors, and they befriend a local goon, Rangan (Fahadh Faasil) to seek revenge. What happens after that forms the crux of the story.
