Janhvi turns MI torch bearer.Janhvi Kapoor is gearing up for her next film, "Mr & Mrs Mahi," alongside Rajkummar Rao, set to hit theaters on May 31. Recently, she was spotted at the Wankhede Stadium, cheering for the Mumbai Indians during their match against the Kolkata Knight Riders, where she also promoted her upcoming movie.

In pictures from the cricket stadium, Janhvi looked radiant in a blue t-shirt paired with blue jeans, accentuated by stylish grey hair. Despite opting for minimal makeup, she looked stunning under the stadium lights. During the match, Janhvi enthusiastically cheered and clapped for the Mumbai Indians. She also took to Instagram to mention her co-star Rajkummar Rao, who unfortunately missed the match.

The trailer for "Mr & Mrs Mahi" is expected to release in the second week of May, followed by the launch of its songs leading up to the movie premiere. In the film, Rajkummar Rao portrays the character of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, while Janhvi Kapoor plays the role of Mahima. Janhvi underwent six months of intense training to prepare for her character.

Directed by Sharan Sharma, renowned for "Gunjan Saxena – The Kargil Girl," "Mr & Mrs Mahi" will mark Janhvi Kapoor's fourth theatrical release. Rajkummar Rao's upcoming releases for 2024 include "Stree 2" and "Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video."
