Kubera Crucial Schedule Begins In Mumbai

The anticipation for Sekhar Kammula's Kubera skyrocketed with the unveiling of the title along with the first look of Dhanush, last month. The National Award-winning actor was presented in a never-before-seen avatar, adding to the intrigue around the film. The audiences were intently awaiting for the looks of the other cast members to be revealed.

Expectations were further heightened, when a sneak peek of King Nagarjuna Akkineni in a classy avatar, surfaced from the film's Bangkok schedule. Though Nagarjuna's look wasn’t revealed in the working still, it was a treat enough to see him in a stylish look.

National Award-winning director Sekhar Kammula who delivered two back-to-back hits is making Kubera in an ambitious manner, with the casting of Dhanush and Nagarjuna in the lead roles. The addition of Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead opposite Dhanush further solidified the stature of this crazy Pan India film produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, in association with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd.

Kubera's latest shooting schedule is currently underway in Mumbai. This massive schedule is 12 days long and being shot in various locations across the city. This is a crucial and lengthy schedule where some important talkie portions involving Dhanush, Rashmika Mandanna, and others, are expected to be filmed along with a few action episodes. The working still released by the team shows Dhanush standing on top of a water pipeline. National award-winning composer Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad scores the music, while Niketh Bommi handles the cinematography.
