SU Khan differs in Ayodhya Judgement

Call it a strange finding in the Ayodhya (Ramjanma Bhumi – Babri Masjid) title suit case. Yes, of the three judge bench compromising of DV Sharma, SU Khan and Sudhir Agarwal which delivered its judgment has a difference of opinion in title suit case.

Title suit filed by the Sunni Waqf Board has been dismissed by a majority of 2-1. While DV Sharma, Sudhir Agarwal dismissed the petition of title suit on the disputed site; surprisingly it is SU Khan who went against supporting the Waqf Board. 

Finally, with 2-1 majority the suit has been dismissed.
